I was very pleased with my masseuse, Haily (not sure on spelling). She was very sweet, professional and great to talk to. Though, the air conditioning was not working, she was a champ and I had one of the best massages ever! She concentrated on the areas that were causing pain and I felt so much better! I will be back to see Haily again soon!! She is wonderful!

I was met at the door by a receptionist who took my temperature. I then was asked to fill out paperwork. My therapist immediately came out to get me. She not only gave me a great massage, but also assured me that the necessary precautions had been taken to insure our safety. It was good to be back at Hand and Stone.

The ambiance was inviting and comfortable. The staff was great with handling the processes of keeping everyone at a safe distance. Everyone was friendly and helped with any questions and concerns.

The receptionist was very helpful and informative. My massage therapist was excellent and the facility was clean and I felt safe. Overall great experience, feeling as if COVID didn't play a part in my zen spa day.
