I purposely selected this Hand and Stone location and scheduled my appointment with Jillian based on the Google reviews. From the moment I entered the door I could tell that the reviews were spot on. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. I had completed most of the forms needed for my appointment ahead of time so I only had one form that needed my signature. I confirmed with her that this appointment was going to be charged against my accrued appointments. Due to the Covid pandemic I had not been using my appointments. I took my seat and waited for the therapist came out to get me. Jillian came out shortly, once in the room she asked if I had any specific areas of concern and we discussed a few things. At the beginning of my message, she asked if the pressure was okay, which it was, and she told me to let her know if she needed to adjust it during the massage. The massage was wonderful! I was so relaxed afterwards and I joked with the two ladies while checking out that I felt like overcooked spaghetti. I scheduled several more appointments with Jillian for October/November and plan to schedule a facial for my daughter in October. A++ experience!

My therapist was extremely knowledgeable, which I appreciate. It was our first time together so she explained how she completes her sessions and what to expect.

I am temporarily living next to this location and popped in to see what they could do to take the edge off. I was able to book a massage the same week at a time that worked for me. The massage and therapist were great and I didn’t hesitate to sign up as a member.

Very pleasant experience

My face looked great when I was done. The esthetician was very knowledgeable about the products and I will buy some once I finish the ones I already have at home. The receptionist was also very knowledgeable and super friendly.
