when I am lying on my front getting massaged, I can have trouble breathing, especially in allergy season, so having masks optional for fully vaccinated was important to me. This is the first massage I got since the start of COVID, so I was due. Christine is great, she used some different techniques that I hadn't had before (stretching, and an almost pinching thing), great pressure. Excellent all around. The room itself was warm, but she turned off the heater and I was fine. H&S is not a fu-fu kind of place, which I actually liked. I will be back.

I think Jillian is fabulous. She is able to give me a massage while I am on my side because of my back.

My esthetician was friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Her touch was soothing, and I was super relaxed during my service. In fact, I dozed off a few times, which I'm told is a huge compliment.

I have been a member for several years and this was my best experience out of all of them. I will continue to drive the extra 30 minutes to go to this location.
