Welcomed upon walking in and offered the restroom. Kevin was awesome and asked about my trouble areas. He took the time to address those issues completely.

I’m always very pleased w/ Joanna’s work. She is thorough, making sure that any service she offers is actually needed. When I booked the service I booked an additional service for my skin. She told me that that service wasn’t appropriate for my skin at that time, instead offering a different. Walked out feeling absolutely beautiful
