All of the staff go out of their way to make my experience extraordinary. Joanna’s facials are relaxing and her expertise has changed the condition of my skin.

Misty was friendly and knowledgeable. She explained what she was doing and why. She recommended great products. Front desk staff friendly and informative and not pushy to join.

I felt very welcomed when I first arrived at Hand and Stone, the reception staff made nice small talk and the check in time was really quick. I only had a short wait until my massage therapist came to take me back to the room. She was really great at asking what I'd like to get done for the appointment and followed what I asked. I felt really relaxed and she did a great massage. I can't wait to come back :)

Joanna is one of the best esthetician's I have ever gone to. She is so personable, and really knows what I need for my skin. It's never looked better. I really enjoy my visits and look forward to them each month.

I received the online intake form several times, and more than one text confirming the same appointment. I appreciate the need for confirmation, but it seemed too repetitive. As for the intake form, the online form would not save, and took 3 times to complete before it saved.

Excellent customer service! In fact, every person I encountered seemed to go out of their way to help out make my experience special! The massage therapist was incredible (I swear, she must read minds!) and always discovered my difficult areas. She was pleasant, positive, friendly, and professional (in addition to being fabulous at her job!). My esthetician for my facial was amazing as well! I love all the products (and that she keeps me aware of all the various steps), and I always feel so informed! I love that this is a safe environment where I feel like I can ask anything about my skin health without being judged. Plus it's such a relaxing process, I'm ready to nap at the end! Thanks for an always great experience!
