Hand and Stone

Please change the chair in your reception area. They are uncomfortable, lack overalll body support, to low the ground and are not good for people with back issues,older customers or limited mobility. I mentioned this before on a survey and there was no changes made.

The staff is extremely helpful

The massage room was not too small, there were no outside noises, the therapist was very good

The receptionist is very helpful with the check in procedure.Answers all my questions and helps with booking my next appointment. My Therapist is a Rockstar! Always asks how the pressure feels and if I need more attention on a specific area.

My only problem was making an appointment. Luckily I called to confirm and it had not been put on the books. But another was available, so was able to make that time and it was worth it because Andrea was awesome!!!

Every single person at the Geneva location is world class they make you feel so welcome and go over the top to make the time spent there relaxing and everyone is so helpful. The massage therapist was amazing and really helped me with some spots I had been feeling pain for months and the staff at the lobby and at reception were also amazing. Thank you!
