My therapist, Tyler, took the time to listen to me. He repeated back to me to clarify my problem areas and make sure to address them. I felt extremely comfortable and confident in Tyler. He gave me great post-session recommendations too.

Easy to book - appointments ran on time which I greatly appreciate. The massage therapist and aesthetician we knowledgeable and did a great job.

I just transferred from another Hand & Stone and was referred to Aaron. I didn't think I'd find another therapist as good as my old one, but he was fabulous. He was very knowledgeable and really knew how to work my problem areas.

My massage therapist is very knowledgeable and skilled and responds to any specific requests I have. She adjusts pressure and depth accordingly. The location is convenient for me. It is a pleasant atmosphere.

I was satisfied with the staff and therapist. I'm dissatisfied with the app because it only allows us to book a massage at full, not member prices. Our credits for getting a membership are not showing up, either. To book a session, we have to call.

Everyone at Hand and Stone was very welcoming, knowledgeable, and helpful. The reception staff quickly checked us in and explained the upgrade options available with the number of packages I had on my account. The massage therapist, Crystal, took her time in understanding my needs and checking in with me throughout the massage. The reception staff was again efficient at checking us out and scheduling next appointments. Overall it was a great experience.

Ricardo is an excellent massage therapist. He is always friendly and professional. He gives the best massages, as he’s always able to detect my areas of tightness and work them out.

Always enjoy my time at hand and stone. However, during my most recent experience, my massage therapist did not meet my expectations. I will definitely be back, just with another therapist.

When I asked massage therapist if she was vaccinated she said she was not which I totally appreciated her honesty! She had no problem wearing a mask. She gently placed my arms & legs in a position where she could easily massage. Very sweet too!
