Most recent massage was the best yet. A couple of standout points - before starting, the receptionist asked if I wanted quiet or light chatting during the appt (I prefer quiet), I thought that was such a great idea, and often something that lessens the experience for me. Second, at the beginning and during the appt, the therapist made me very comfortable to notify her of any changes I would like (less/more pressure, etc.) - sometimes I am uncomfortable speaking up or changing midstream, but she put me at ease, willing to change as often as necessary. Third, the therapist's knowledge of her craft, and at-home recommendations were insightful and helpful. Great job, Dorothy!

The price of the membership is reasonable for what you get in return. The staff is very friendly and easy to talk to. The ease of booking makes it easier to come back.
