I am always welcomed by the staff. They offer water before and after service. They always ask how the appointment went and they seem to genuinely care.

The facials I get from Mackenzie (Geneva location) are the best facials I have ever had. She is absolutely the best!

Tara was WONDERFUL!! This was my first facial and it was amazing so relaxing and my skin looks great! I wish I could afford to go more often. I don’t like the selling when leaving by the front desk it’s not something I feel like I can do once in awhile because of the programs they want you to buy etc. would like it more come and go as you please without trying to sell me things. However it was a fantastic facial and again Tara is awesome and I would highly recommend her!

The massage therapist was excellent, I wish they all could be like this. Quiet and knowledgeable when asked a question, Perfect. There is nothing worse than a massage therapist that drones on about each muscle! I don't care, I just want to feel a good massage. Alicia was AWESOME!!!

MacKenzie provides knowledgeable information and excellent service. She is personable. The desk staff are courteous and work with me to schedule my follow up appointments, despite my challenging schedule.

Krystal is a very skilled therapist and I find her knowledgeable and helpful. I enjoy my appointments. She gives me helpful tips on stretching exercises to help between appointments

Eva is the best!!! I always enjoy my massages with her & she does such a great job. I used to see any technician, but when I got my first massage with Eva I knew I would be seeing her from now on! The girls at the front desk are always amazing as well!!

Rebecca/Becky is highly knowledgeable. She listens. Always willing to resolve my concerns.

Dorothy is a fabulous massage therapist. She is commanding of my muscles to simply RELAX!! The hour passes by so very quickly. I feel that she truly has helped my muscular-skeletal system to work with my demanding schedule. Dorothy is a keeper!!
