Feel like the music in the room needs to be a tad louder

Aaron was really knowledgeable about back pain. He offered several suggestions on what I can do to help with exercise suggestions to help with mobility. His massage was the best I’ve ever had!

The check in and out process is efficient. The room is always clean. My massage therapists are always friendly and very good at providing a relaxing massage.

Every effort was made to make it a very comfortable experience. I have had many massages in different facilities in the past, but I felt that if this were my first massage experience I would have felt no anxiety because of the attitude of the staff. i liked the spa-like atmosphere.

Kuddos, shout-out, high-five, 5-stars to Alicia. Of all of the massages I have had with H&S over the years, hers was by far the best one. Your receptionist was friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy. I will make my next appt at this store rather than my usual Wheaton shop. Please acknowledge your team, they did a great job!!

Evie or Eva (sorry couldn’t remember which name) she did an absolute amazing job! My friend had Tyler and he did wonderful as well. Best massages hands down I’ve ever had.

the only negative was that i was taken back to my room a few minutes late even though i was early and it ended a few minutes early so my 90 min was cut short by 5-10 min

Olivia was awesome. She explained everything and answered all my questions. I definitely would go to her again.

M7 esthetician is terrific. I always depend on her advice. She’s knowledgeable and friendly. Makes suggestions about products, but never oversells. Much appreciated.
