Hand and Stone

I learned a lot about the cryo facial and all that is offered at the Hand and Stone.

They are very welcoming. Very professional. My esthetician is very knowledgeable and professional.

Tara is a great Esthetician. Please consider purchasing taller and more comfortable chairs in your waiting room. Chairs with arms that are sturdy. The chairs you have don't provide support. I have a bad back and so so others I am sure getting a massage.

The massage therapist I had was wonderful. He was a very kind man and the massage was wonderful overall. I opted for the facial stone massage as an upgrade and that was a lovely experience as well. I already have another massage booked for next month. My only dissatisfier was that I was brought back nearly 5 minutes after my appointment time, so my appointment did not start on time. When you factor in the time to speak to the massage therapist/undressing/redressing. I saw he ended at 12:54. I had a 12:00pm appointment. I was brought back at 12:05. I do understand that the hour includes dressing/undressing and massage discussion with the therapist prior to beginning. But when it's only an hour appointment, I feel as if every minute counts. But being brought back late for my appointment time was a bit disappointing. However, it still was a lovely massage.

Excellent customer service. Good communication when adjustments to schedules are needed.

Aaron was very knowledgeable and did a wonderful job alleviating issues I had. I’m definitely going to book with him again

I am hoping the cryo series of 5 will produce my desired results

Dorothy was beyond what I expected for service, she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with beyond the massage recommendations to help prevent some of the aches and pain I had explained about. She used the right amount of pressure to make the pain and knots disappear, she is easily a person I'll want to see again.

Ciara was great. Becky is also a favorite. Both listen and then go after the areas discussed.
