Elle, the therapist, was very professional. She met my specific needs and allowed for a quiet, relaxing experience. Rather than asking what w tea services, I do wish she would have expressed her area of expertise. It was on a paper, I realized later, but I might have taken her up on CBD or hot stones, her specialties after I’d already add on a foot massage.

Salon feels like a spa. I usually go to the same person, but I have tried other people and been very happy. I like how you add new techniques for facials.

Thought my aesthetician was great! Loved the facial, not seeing immediate results but hopefully additional applications will help with this.

Ciera asked about the pressure and adapted to my requests. I have chronic pain in my right shoulder, and she focused on the area and alleviated the pain. I was warm and comfortable the entire time.

There is a new gal in the reception area who is SUPER friendly and knowledgable - I've been a member for a couple of years now and I've never experienced someone as friendly and knowledgeable as her. Kudos! Also my therapist was excellent.

Eva is fantastic and always asks about how much pressure to apply. She gets to know me as a person and is such a great asset to Hand and Stone.
