Receptionist and reception area was clean and inviting. The massage therapist asked me questions about my needs and listened to my responses. The massage therapist provided a great massage with the proper amount of pressure and time on my focus areas.

I am treated with respect, staff is friendly, even if new-; able to stick to 1 -2 therapists for consistency; i can book appts 2-3months at a time easily; i feel known and seen. my sons are most happy here -if they have to schedule elsewhere once or twice - they are NOT happy. Geneva is our spot. Thanks Kathy & CONGRATS too. Rod & I took the plunge and anniversary gift to ourselves when you opened and bought in from day 1 and we --I have NEVER regretted it.
