This is my second facial I’ve had done at hand and stone and it was another great experience. The esthetician, Liz, was super knowledgeable and made my skin feel and look great!

My daughter and I both had facials and were satisfied. Our estheticians were polite and knowledgeable. The check in/check out process was smooth and quick.

I have always enjoyed the staff and the massages and facials. However, I am telling my husband to NEVER buy me any more gift certificates from there because they charged him $129 and $26 tip for a massage that I get for $79. So that makes no sense. Also just came from European Wax Center which I had purchased a $100 gift card online during a promotion. They said they could see that I had purchased it, but they couldn't access it, so I had to pay for it with my credit card. So I have $100 that my card has already been charged for and I can't use it!

My esthetician, Phoenix, was phenomenal. Her friendliness and knowledge were spot on. Corey the manager was so sweet and charming.
