The receptionists are very friendly, and good at recognizing repeat patrons and anticipating needs. I have worked with 3 massage therapists - Mitzi, Becky, Aaron - their professionalism and knowledge are the main reason I return to Hand & Stone for therapeutic massage.

Very relaxing

I have been coming to the Geneva Hand and Stone for almost a year now and the reception team is very helpful, polite and friendly. My Therapist, Elle, is fantastic! She takes time to discuss with me my immediate relief needs and suggests better ways to help us attain those goals and she also suggests to me possible daily routine changes that may assist in my overall relief.

This was a consultation with Amber but knowing the cost, I will not be getting this treatment

Becky is absolutely wonderful! There truly is no one like her. She always takes the time to understand what's going on with me so that I can receive a massage that best suits my body and any issues I may be facing at the time. She's also really personable and super kind. I've been to others when I couldn't get in due to a schedule conflict and I will never stray from her again. Her technique is amazing, and I always leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. Please do whatever you can to ensure you keep her at your location! I live in Carpentersville now and I will drive the hour (and pass several other locations as I do) so that I can get in with Becky. 100/10! ^_^
