Very relaxing atmosphere. The receptionist was organized and well informed. My therapist, Doris, was excellent. Very professional, competent. I've already booked another appointment with her and recommended her to someone else.

This was my first massage with Doris after waiting for the Gaithersburg, MD location to obtain a female massage therapist. It was an excellent experience because Doris was engaging, very knowledgeable and very professional. I really hope she will stick around for a while.

The receptionist is always very friendly and personable. She is lovely and sne always remembers my name. After the first time that I tried Mr. Yun, I was hooked. Not only does he ask and then listen to me regarding where I have pain, he definitely can feel where I am tight. His massages are always so relaxing.

I had a problem finding Tahoe spa and was late for the appointment. In spite of that I was received very warmly. Since it was so cold and windy, Nanna actually drove me to my car. The whole experience once I got there was wonderful.

Staff was kind and considerate and also very flexible to help me with my schedule. I enjoyed the facial and the massage. ONE ISSUE: The towel I was given to wear during my facial was dirty.
