It was my very first massage. The hot stone was perfect for me. It relaxed me so much and felt so good in the tight areas. I will definitely do it again.

Hiromi is wonderful--I've never had such gentle extractions, and I never understood why/how such a painful procedure was good for my skin. Hiromi does gentle extractions, which are effective and not painful. Also love her demeanor. The front desk staff are also super nice, and the environment is relaxing and upscale.

Friendly and professional staff and massage therapist. I was a little distracted by the nose ring and pink braids of the receptionist. But that will not deter my return for future services. ;)

Stan was an awesome massage therapist. He gave my pain areas the attention needed, the right pressure. Nana at the front desk is so friendly, courteous, professional, and so helpful, don’t ever let her leave!

The recpetionist (I believe her name is Nana), was so helpful and nice. She was knowledgeable and accommodating. She was great.
