Nana (receptionist & assistant manager) is an absolute gem! I've been a member for years and have seen many staff come and go. She is outstanding. Additionally, Miguel, my massage therapist, is great. The combo of those two make me want to stay!

The staff was welcoming and helpful. The only question the aesthetician didn't answer had to do with an extra service she recommended and I took- wasn't really sure how it helped the facial.

Nana the receptionist is fantastic. I canceled my membership due to lack of therapists and appointment unavailability. The new man Jung is very good but just started there. My massage with him was first time and I had to use him or not get a massage at all until end of November.

Hiromi is an amazing esthetician. My service is always relaxing and beneficial. Her demeanor and attitude is so pleasant and inviting. You just know she loves what she does.
