I was able to relax and get the services I needed for my well-being. The employees were kind and listen to my needs and were very helpful

The check-in staff is very friendly. They make the experience very pleasant. My facials in the past have been wonderful...very little pressure to buy products, which is very important to me. (Feeling pressured to spend more money just isn't relaxing and misses the whole point!) My last appointment was a massage, which was good but not great. I had a lot of tension in my upper back/neck, and the therapist worked the area for a while but didn't ask whether I needed more attention there. He just moved on, and while the massage was nice, I left with the same tight spots I came in with.

Overall the massage was good minus the rough salt stones. I appreciated that there was tea before my service and the receptionist was friendly. I just wish she would’ve discounted me for the salt stones since I told her they had scratched me.

The massage was awesome. Te pressure of the massage was perfect. The facility was very calming and clean. My massage therapist was attentive.
