Staff was friendly, and the place was clean and organized. The products were also top quality.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful and quickly checked me in and out. The therapist was very good and relieved several tension spots.

My facial was great with Hiromi. She is very pleasant and addressed any concerns I had. She also did not push to purchase any products and approved what I have been using.

Ema has greatly improved the texture of my skin and cleared up a lot of dryness on my face

I had regular massages in the past at Hand and Stone with the same therapist who is now gone. She was extremely professional, as was the therapist I had on Tuesday and I would highly recommend him to others. The location is very convenient to my home, the receptionist was welcoming and friendly, and I felt SO good all over and slept well that night!! I will be back.

My massage therapist was amazing. This was probably the best massage I’ve ever had. She knew exactly how to work out all of my trigger points and spent a good amount of time in my problem areas.

The staff are very friendly. I was taken at my appointment time. My esthetician was very friendly and answered all my questions. She continuously made sure that I was comfortable and okay.

I usually visit twice a month and every time I come in, all of the receptionists have been so great. Nana is usually the one who's there when I come in and she always greets me by name and gets me checked in with ease. Within minutes, Tamiru meets me in the front and gets started promptly. We always do a quick recap of my last visit to see if those still need the same attention or if we need to focus on a new area. He's been absolutely amazing in my injury recovery. He's been helping with my range of motion and with breaking up my scar tissue. Overall, my experience at Hand & Stone in Gaithersburg Kentlands is always a great one!

I enjoy all my experiences at Hand and Stone. I just can’t tell if facials are for me or if there are results for the $. A few weeks ago I was rushing to eat when they called to say my massage therapist was running late. I appreciated the call and the extra time to eat. I let them know this and also took care of my tab before so as to save time after. I had last appointment of the day.
