I always felt and looked better after my massage Hiromi! She was great and the reception staff was always welcoming.

My husband gave me a membership for Christmas 2023 and he was concerned that I had not used it yet. I phoned to make an appointment and the receptionist was fantastic in finding my account and booking me with Ms. Hiromi for a facial within two days. Ms. Hiromi was awesome! She was very professional, answered questions and told me about the services she was performing. I am very happy with the result and booked another facial with her in two weeks.

The staff (both at the desk and the providers) are unfailingly friendly, yet professional. They always make sure my needs for that session are met and will make recommendations for the next visit.
