The first few questions I may by accident rated unsatisfactory. That was a mistake on my part. The only thing is she was not able to explain the charges. Also in the room there is a sign that states Nuface is only $20. But I was charged $55. So I don’t understand. Vivian is the best. I come from Virginia to see her. Thanks, Meki

Ms. Alice (Manager) has always been welcoming, cordial, and knowledgeable of Hand & Stone’s Facial & Massage services. She and her staff are friendly as well. I appreciate their kind gestures.

Hiromi is the best. I can see a big difference after each time I had my facial. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Overall it is a wonderful experience which is why I continue to come back month after month!

Great experience. I am only here on holiday otherwise this place would become a regular place for me. Although the appt was 10 mins late, it was still very enjoyable

Yuan always personalizes my massages to my problem areas! I had a huge knot in my upper back and he concentrated his time there until it was gone! He is amazing!

The massage experience was great. Even though there are other areas that can be upgraded to the atmosphere and membership program, the outcome of my massage was perfect! My therapist is knowledgeable and listens to areas of concerns.

The service of the staff was excellent. My esthetician was very good. There were products available to me to purchase.
