Hiromi is wonderful; she (and the owner, Alice) are the reason I continue to travel a bit to come to this location. I feel that the customer service is exceptional, and Hiromi is a very talented, courteous, knowledgeable, and caring aesthetician. I value her recommendations on how to maintain my skin, and have purchased products as a result (all of which I like).

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable especially for a person who has never had any experience with a spa before. The atmosphere was great and relaxing!

My massage and my facial were done with extreme care. Both massage therapist and esthetician very friendly. They were not about conversation during the therapy sessions. I was able to let them know what my target areas were and they followed through with extreme detail and care. The ambience was peaceful and relaxing! I left there, becoming a member and also purchasing massages for family and friends! I willrecommend Hand & Stone in a heartbeat!

Vivian was knowledgeable, friendly, and highly skilled. I appreciated her attention to details and willingness to explain the process and my individual skin needs. My skin was brighter, cleaner, and healthier after the facial.

Vivian (Facials) is so incredibly warm, professional and knowledgeable! She is the reason I have been a member for a number of years! I occasionally get massages as well as my monthly facial and just adore Doris! The front desk staff is incredibly professional as well....always know my name. Great Location and as good as the many high end spas I have been to!

The masssage therapist, Lan, was friendly and professional. The massage relaxed my muscles and sore spots. I felt great for a few days afterward. I'll be back in January and February for my next visits.
