Sam (prenatal massage) at Gaithersburg MD location MADE the experience. She was amazing, the massage was amazing, her personality, the knowledge she shared, and the full experience she provided was fantastic and ensured I will be returning for more massages much sooner than I had planned.

I always feel relaxed after leaving hand and stone. I find the prices reasonable for the quality you’re getting. The esthetician knows a lot about what is needed to maintain healthy skin.

I am a long time client who comes on a regular basis. I don't think it is necessary to sign the same paperwork every single time I come. I get it, there is a button on the table if I need assistance. I don't need the talk and explanation every time.

Massage therapist was responsive in focusing on the areas I wanted. When he found particular problem areas in my muscles, he let me know and worked on them. I felt really relaxed after my visit.

I have been a member since August 2016. I never thought I would remain a member for so long! I have enjoyed gifting some of my extra sessions and think they make a fabulous and practical gift! One size fits all, it won’t clutter your home and it makes you feel better! On the other hand, in the seven years I have been a member, I have never received an email from H&S reminding me of how many reward points I have or even how to use them - nor has any associate ever asked if I was familiar. At this point, I know only because I asked when checking out last week. Perhaps this sort of info is on the app (which I don’t have), but do I always need an app to get info?!
