I have been getting facials with Liz at the Kent location regularly for almost a year. She is wonderful! She is always friendly and chatty but is also great at acknowledging when I want a quiet space to relax without conversation as well. I always leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and with glowing skin! Liz also gives the best shoulder & neck massages. I would 10/10 recommend booking with her!

I always enjoy my time at Hand & Stone getting a massage. I had an accident two years ago breaking my tibia and fibia in 5 places. After my fall, I have tightness in my back and neck. My bones have mended but I still need a message about every 4 weeks. I'm 69 years old.

I'm always relaxed when my scheduled appointment is over. It's my time to get a quick nap in. The time always seem to go extremely fast!
