From the first step into the building you are greeted warmly with a smile. The receptionists answered my questions and put me at ease before my appointment. I was nervous because it was my first time getting a facial. Then to have Collin walk out to speak to a receptionist and acknowledge you by name was very nice. Makes you feel like they value you as a person and not just a paycheck.
