I was able to fill out the forms online so I didn't wait long; loved the Tranquility water I was offered on arrival and after my facial (I ended up buying some); esthetician was kind and didn't talk too much

The only thing that I really didn't care for where the stones. I did not tell him because I wanted to try it, He was very good

Margaret knows what she is doing. I have chronic neck and shoulder pain that is greatly reduced after seeing her for a deep tissue massage. I also feel so relaxed and able to take deeper breaths afterwards.
