Hand and Stone

I have Ben coming to Hand & Stonefor many years. Occasionally I will add a service but basically I just get a basic massage. I was very disappointed that the credit of $10 for the next 6 months can only be used for i basements rather towards my basic massage. I feel like I am being forced to get an engagement that I may not want or lose the $10 credit. It is bad enough to that you have raised the cost by $10 and now won’t allow me to use my credits towards my monthly or bimonthly massages. This was very disappointing. Also I had a hard time yesterday after my finding out about this where your web site so I could tell you about my displeasure. Glad I got a chance now and I hope the $5 will go against my next massage NOT an engagement. Please let know you received this information. Thank you. Janice Helgeson.
