Hand and Stone

This was my first facial experience. The aesthetician was very attentive to my problems and provided recommendations on how I can fix it. My face after felt so clean and smooth. And the services was great. I became a member.

I am so glad I have a membership, I really look forward to my appointments. I always have a good experience at Hand and Stone.

Colin was amazing!

Every one was welcoming and warm. My massage therapist introduced himself and greeted me warmly (although I was nervous about having a male therapist). He was very professional and did a great job.

Friendly reception at front desk. Offered me water & restroom. Therapist was on time, friendly and greeted me by name. I spoke of areas of concern, she worked on all. I was so relaxed I dozed off several times. She gave me advice on how to deal with my "hot spots". I Left feeling great! Rescheduled my next massage before I left. Great experience.

every.single.visit. my time is valued... the overall mood is calm, welcoming and relaxed... my membership is the best money I spend on myself every month... I always upgrade to the 80 minute option and appreciate/utilize the special offers which enhance my massage. Colin is by far the best massage therapist I have had at Hand and Stone and is the only one I book. His knowledge is second to none and is always adding to his cache especially when presented with something that challenges his practice. He is thoughtful and responsive and kind. He shares resources to help me understand the work on my muscles and often gives me personal care reminders (with a smile) and understanding.

I am always happy with the massage that I get. All of the therapists are interested in hearing what I need and they address that need expertly. The experience leaves me taller and with added energy.

The people are friendly and professional. I have been seeing the same people for my services and have not gotten anything negative or bad, service-wise.
