I am over the moon happy!! It was my first time ever getting a massage and I am glad that I did. The Kent locations staff was really nice and informative on helping me know the process and the different packages. I feel like so much stress has been lifted off.

I had several spa experiences so far since I have lived in 3 different continents, 7 different cities in 4 US States. I believe, what makes any spa stands out among others is truly depends on the Estheticians along with products they use. My Esthetician Paula was very knowledgeable on skin cares & products, but mostly impressed by her calming presence & gentleness..something you don't find often among the works of compatitors. Very professional staff. Kylie is very knowledgeable & explains your treatment very well. She is very hospitable & makes you feel very comfortable. Alexia is very friendly & welcoming even over the phone. Mary Beth gives you a very relaxing massage & her firm touch is so natural it makes you wonder how she gives pressure without extreme force. Just always a fantastic experience!!!
