Hand and Stone

I originally called the Tukwila location for an appointment, unfortunately they were fully booked and a bit rude. Kent location was very friendly and had an appointment within a few days. I was greeted so quickly at the front. Very different from the Tukwila location. Massage therapist offered services I didn't know was available, very informative.

I have always had great service and assistance with all of my concerns when visiting Hand and Stone. I am glad I decided to become a member.

Lisa is very professional, friendly, very helpful in working on the areas I need help with, I highly recommend her and the place in general to others.

Marybeth was great. She worked on my problem areas as requested. She checked in with me to ensure the pressure she used was OK. Will be returning.

The environment was clean and comfortable, my esthetician was friendly and knowledgeable and I felt at ease and received excellent service and information.
