Margaret is an excellent massage therapist, very knowledgeable and friendly. The reception was able to help us switch appointments with easy and efficiently, while keeping interactions friendly.

Everyone was very friendly my massage therapist was very attentive and worked exactly where I wanted.

The staff and Shannon the manager were amazing, especially with a special request. Kailey was great, full of knowledge and made sure to give a very relaxing facial. I love my Kent Station H&S Massage.

Even though this isn't the closest Hand & Stone to my home, I continue to return to this location, as I am very happy with the staff and especially my massage therapist, Colin. He has been a great source of relaxation and relief during this past stressful year. He is really good about the amount of pressure and location of tightness. He makes helpful recommendations and I definitely will continue with him!!
