Emmanuel is my service provider for massage. He goes above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, at peace, and relaxed during my service. He deserves all the praise and bonuses!

I have been a member for over 5 years, have had great massages from multiple therapists. The front desk staff has rotated thru many people over the years and they have all been very friendly.

The ambiance, calming feel of spa is what I expect. I did not feel rushed. I really liked the statement the Habs S was a professional experience and environment!

The services are very professional and great as always.

Nicole was a good fit for me. Was helpful in informing me about services that made the most of my package price. I felt comfortable & welcome. She seemed excited to be helping me with my skin. Valeria is great, too. I haven't been able to make our schedules match.

1. My massage therapist is highly skilled. 2. I feel very welcome and comfortable being at Hand and Stone. 3. After my appointment, I went home to finally set up my on-line account and could not get it to work. The receptionist (on the phone) worked with me and figured it out and now I can see my reward points, etc.

I really love the services I get there. Kylie does a wonderful job. I always feel relaxed when I am leaving, which is my main goal.

The receptionist failed to offer me water. I did not think she was mean. I thought afterwards she was new to the company. Thank you for Alexandra! She was attentiven and professional.

Have been a member for years at this location, but moving more than 30 miles away, so no longer convenient. Other locations not near new residence. Liked nearly all of my massage therapists and estheticians. thanks!

The service was great. A great deal of explanation of the reason for the steps being taken and the follow-up after. Highly recommend.
