Mainly because of the massage therapist I request. She is very good, one of the best I've ever had.

My esthetician was great, I’ve been to her several times and she does a great job & is very friendly. Very knowledgeable of products based on my skin type.

The massage membership is cost effective. The location could be closer to home but accessible. The turnover of staff is difficult when finding the perfect therapist and then they leave.

All of the highly satisfied were marked as such because it was more than I expected.

It was everything I was expecting and more. I felt so comfortable and everything was very clean. Everyone was so friendly and professional I didn't get rushed with my questions and I received exceptional service.

Everyone at Hand and Stone are very nice and knowledgeable, Essence is my esthetician and I have total faith in her to improve my skin, she is wonderful at giving me my facials.

I have been a member for several years. Although there have Ben some staff changes during that time, I’ve always been provided with a very knowledgeable and skilled therapist.

Yvonne was VERY good. She worked on my extremely tight shoulders as well as my lower backlog and neck. I hv already made another appointment with her.

The gals are all great. I am new to Florida so it was a very pleasant surprise. My only complaint is how they all try to upsell facials. I do not like it at all.

I have always had a good facials at H&S.
