Hand and Stone

The staff is friendly and welcoming but I do miss the manager, James. I like that they keep the place clean and organized.

I felt like broken glass upon my arrival at Hand and Stone and I was warmly greeted even though I was running a few minutes behind. My massage therapist was a lovely woman named Leone. She had wonderful technique, strong hands for a Swedish myo and a terrific soothing personality. The receptionist, Julia? (Estero hand and stone) was also just lovely. Leone change my energy from over the top stressed out to floating out there with a purchase of a candle. Jurys still out on the candle but I loved it there and the ladies working there. However, I was a massage therapist for 10 yrs and I think this company should provide profiles, specialty , length of training, hours, for each individual therapist in order to make the right choice.

Therapist seemed to acknowledge my area of needs.

I am always greeted. Never have had any issues at my visits.

Caricia Rodríguez took her time. She was thorough. I will be booking with her again.
