Hand and Stone

Definitely worked on my neck and relieved a lot of my problems. I could have used a little more on my lower back, but my neck was worth just fixing that.

She was very good on explaining what she was using and describing what the product would do. Everything was very relaxing. I enjoyed my experience.

My esthetician, Caricia Rodriguez, is knowledgeable about the products and those she thinks will benefit me. While this is only the third time seeing her, I felt like I’ve seen her for much longer. During my recent visit, she was training another esthetician and did an excellent job explaining why was she was doing what she was doing. One thing I have seen in other spas and would like to see at Hand and Stone are mirrors in each room as well as tables to place jewelry and tips. My only dissatisfaction to date is why is it taking so long to complete this request?

I love Michelle, my aesthetician, but she is leaving in June due to her pregnancy and not returning. She was the reason I went to HAND & STONE. I did not have a regular massage therapist although Lien was very good today.

I've been going to Idalys for a few years now. I walk out of there feeling like I went for physical therapy. She's amazing. I hope she never leaves. I actually wish she was there more days.....

I was very happy to have Doug back. He has so much skill. I feel the upgrade of $20 is too high for a bit more pressure. There should be an in between. So you can have relaxation and specific areas deeper pressure.

Dave Niven was the bomb!!

They almost run on time, only a couple minutes behind but I still get the full one-hour service. My estheticians are very helpful in determining my skin care needs and I come out looking fabulous! I wish they had more available appointment times for massages (with a female) but I'm glad they are busy. :)

Essense is a highly skilled esthetician that I plan to see on regular basis. Her technique is therapeutic and relaxing along with great results. Will recommend her to other friends and made an appointment for a friend visiting this week. 👍.
