I've already referred multiple friends to Hand & Stone & all have become members. The Estero location is newer, spotless & welcoming. I also love my therapist (Leoni) who I've used since joining.

The masseuse is fantastic! I scheduled another in a week for both myself and my wife. When making these next reservations, I was told they would wave a transfer fee this time…I have 5 appointments paid for…you have had my money for months and to be told I can’t let my wife use them s unacceptable and why I maybe canceling my subscription after I use my remaining paid massages….
