The store is efficiently and nicely arranged and staff always greets you before you need to say your name. All wait time is perfectly on schedule. My technician, Heather, is fabulous, knowledgeable and takes time to answer questions or make suggestions to keep my skin in great shape. Love this Hand & Stone.
