I use H&S for 5 months out of the year. The receptionist will always help you choose a technician to fit your needs and wants. Each visit I am asked how things went, I answer honestly so 98% of my appointments are highly satisfied. If that rating drops, you will loose a customer.

I like the new location with ample parking for convenience. Stephanie was pleasant and easy to talk to. Stephanie was professional, she asked me my preferences, offered upgrades & gave a awesome massage!!

It is a brand new facility - very clean and nicely appointed. I like the waiting area in the spa area with the fountain.
