While getting a facial, I decided to book a massage and did so at check out. My experience with the receptionist was very positive, quick, and easy. The availability aligned with what I wanted and I appreciate the follow up and reminder messages that are automated. The massage itself was personalized, the therapist was very timely, friendly, and accommodating. I asked for medium pressure and was surprised that even that was a bit strong for me- lesson learned! Overall, I always enjoy my visits to Estero’s Hand and Stone.
