Yanuris the massage therapist is excellent! She is polite, friendly, professional, and does a great job. The employees at the desk are terrific. I think your last price increase was a poor decision and you are not competitive when members come every two weeks, year around. Suggestion: reduce the # of points it takes to get the free massage therefore rewarding regular customers. Once again, your prices are not competitive and you either need to reduce prices or improve the point program.. Don't get cute with the rewards --- just require fewer points for a 1 hour massage. Then you reward your best customers.

Staff was very personable. Melissa always asks me what kind of facial I want. She usually has a suggestion for my questions, if I have any. I use the facial as "me time". It's very relaxing.

Kelly was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I like the 2 for 1 offers for massages and facials. Location is very convenient.

I really enjoyed my massage with Justin. He was very knowledgeable, when I asked a few questions and when I left hand and stone my back and shoulders felt so much better.I would love to see him regularly but unfortunately he isn’t a regular employee at this location.
