Everyone from the reception staff to the therapist was friendly, knowledgeable, and interested in my comfort and satisfaction.

I was impressed with the massage therapist Tanya her techniques that She used. She is a hard worker and made the massage feel wonderful. I will definitely want to have a massage with her again and recommend her to others.

Stephanie was extremely professional in her approach. I was confident that she has a good history of education/training and experience. She even used some reflexology techniques which I haven’t experienced before at hand and stone.

My therapist was a good listener to areas of concern. She also applied the perfect amount of pressure to sensitive areas - didn’t hurt but helped. I was not happy when I called for the appointment because no one answered or called back. I had to call a different day to get an answer even though the spa was open.
