Hand and Stone

I'm disappointed with the price increase plus then the constant reminder to leave a gratuity. A large sheet at receptionist desk stating gratuity. Why does the ownership of HAND and STONE give employees better wages???

Mildrey is a wonderful experienced masseuse. She and Idyllis are my favorite. They know my aches and pains and address them well. My only minor suggestion . Is to not raise prices on regular loyal customers. Give them more discounts. Perks etc ..

I got my appointment on the same day I called. The therapist Teresa was very friendly, took her time to listen to my issues, made me feel very comfortable. The pressure was perfect, she know exactly where to find my pains and after she was done my pain in hips was gone!!!! Thank you Teresa

Doug was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. He did an amazing job helping to get the pain out of my back.

Tonya did as I asked. The pressure was great. I felt great afterwards.

Michelle has good techniques and knowledgeable of the products as well as what treatment is best for me.

Estero hand and stone is always so very clean. I have enjoyed almost every massage I have had there. There concentrate on whatever area that I let them know hurts the most. A very enjoyable experience.

The therapist provided the perfect amount of pressure and it was so relaxing I dozed a few moments! The music was the perfect volume for relaxation!

The staff is friendly during checkin and check out. Michelle is very knowledgeable, addresses my concerns and educates me on skin care and products. She cares and takes pride in what she does, and as a result I always look forward to my next appointment.😊
