As always reception staff was very nice. Gracie was amazing. She made sure to explain the process as she was going and helped me with some problem areas on my face. She is super sweet and professional. I will be requesting her again the next time.

Therapist gave a massage that was very adequate and relieved the pain that I told her I was experiencing in my back and legs. The entire experience was very friendly and very comforting. I did not in anyway at any time feel uncomfortable. It was a very peaceful experience.

I had a great experience with Zoe. I was stressed and tense and she gave me a very relaxing facial.

I was highly satisfied with my massage therapist, she was amazing & did a great job. Although she was running behind, I was disappointed the reception ladies, did not notify me. I was highly dissatisfied with the reception team, they could care less about the customer. They were too busy discussing the Brazilian Wax one of the girl went in the back & did to herself, along with their hookups. They were very unprofessional.

Mainly because Zoe has been always highly professional while making me feel always special. She has transferred to another location out of state.

The facility was very clean. The staff were very polite. The therapist talked about what massage I was getting, asked if I needed massaged at any specific part.

Denise is an amazing therapist. The front desk is always nice and very personable and making appointments is quite easy.

I was to have a hot stone massage and there was a mix up. Although will get it in February.
