Sonya is a great asset to the Hand and Stone team. If appointments were more readily available and Hand and Stone not had taken $100's of dollars from my wife by not allowing her to have any of her packages that "expired" I would consider continuing my membership. Once my surplus of credits are used I will be cancelling. Additionally, there is no intuitive way to use the "membership rewards."
