Hand and Stone

As I enter Hand and Stone the atmosphere immediately puts me at ease. The welcome, by name, is important to me. Elizabeth made an informative assessment of my skin.

Everyone is very friendly and Dara gives an amazing massage. Wish she was there more often!!!

I am usually very satisfied with my massage when I have my regular massage therapist.

While I was taken back nearly 5 min late and it ended 3-4 minutes early (I thought it was an hour appt?), I did like the vitamin C infusion and the woman who did my facial and my skin look better afterwards too. I would have thought a few more extractions would have taken place but perhaps the infusion machine took them out.

James is personable, professional and a great massage therapist. Addressed my problem area and I left feeling so relaxed and refreshed. I was greeted with a smile welcoming me back (I had worked w James before ) which was nice too :)

Helps me relax

My aesthetician is wonderful. I see online that I have accumulated many points. However, when I checked out (after my facial) and inquired as to how to redeem my points, I was told only that the points system was new and they were “looking into it.”

The therapist called me on time. I have used her as a therapist before, and she is/was excellent. HOWEVER- I purchased a membership and when I later tried to make my next appointment online, it was impossible due to lack of availability

I enjoy the Port Washington location. Rosalia and Jean provide such a welcoming environment in the waiting room. Joseph was my massage therapist today and he is always so attentive and does a great job helping me to feel calm and relieving aches and pains.
