The space was very clean. I consider this important. My esthetician was excellent. Elizabeth explained her procedures and was very knowledgeable. I appreciated her calm personality. I was truly able to relax.

I have always had a good experience at H&S. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. This particular massage therapist isn’t particularly friendly but not outride rude either.

My technician was amazing I think her name was Elizabeth she was so sweet and took such great care of my skin I can’t wait to come back and do diamond glow with her!

The experience was wonderful from check in to payment. The staff was welcoming and the spa was clean. I would come back for sure.

When I arrived, the front desk knew who I was without my having to say a word. They were interested in giving me a great experience and I knew that right off the bat. My massage was great and my facial was perfectly timed to my massage end. Elizabeth was knowledgable and friendly. The experience was calm and relaxing.
