Easy parking, clean facility. Excellent therapist who wore a mask at my request so I felt safe. But, escalating cost over the years is making membership less of a great deal.

Hand and stone is second to none with customer service. They know your name and welcome you accordingly, with a personal touch. Chloe is incredibly attentive and knowledgeable at the front desk. The waiting area is clean and very relaxing. The treatment room is incredibly welcoming and clean and tidy. I felt incredibly relaxed and my face felt great when I left.

Everyone in there is very friendly. James was very knowledgeable of my situation. Overall my experience was awesome.

Massage therapist knew her job and where target areas were that needed the most help. She also listened to my needs of discomfort.

Hand and Stone and my therapist Isabelle never disappoint. With pain in my back from road trips, Isabelle found the source of my pain and worked it out for me. Have been a member since 2012 and still very happy.

Everyone from the owner to my massage therapist are wonderful. The facility is clean. Appointments start and end on time. This location is wonderful.
