I really like the staff at this location, each experience is extremely pleasant. My only issue is with the membership and the online booking process. The perks and limitations should be made more clear and increased incentives added.

Everything was great except that I didn't receive the the full amount of time I was supposed to...I realize that an hour massage is only 50 mins, but my massage was closer to 40 mins.
