Hand and Stone

I have been going to this Hand & Stone location on and off for a few years and have always been happy with my services and have recommended several friends. I am presently very pleased with the technician, Tanya, that has been given me my treatments. Receptionist is always pleasant and helpful.

My massage therapist Joe was AWESOME! I choose the deep tissue, and the massage was slow and focused, Joe said I had a lot of trigger points and very tight around neck area, I'm glad I upgrade to the deep tissue, well worth the $15 upgrade charge

I always feel very welcomed. My therapist is very knowledgeable and friendly. I always feel very relaxed and my aches and pains very much lessened when I leave. I am always very complementary when speaking of Hand and Stone in Port Washington NY and in fact did recommend to a friend tonight.

The quality of the staff has remained high since I began my membership 6 (or more) years ago. The decor of the lobby begins my spa experience - clean, airy, refined. I leave feeling like myself again!

Every visit to this Hand and Stone location has been excellent! My massage by Isabelle is perfect & very relaxing! The facility is clean and safety is evident! The front desk staff is delightful even when they’re busy!

The staff is friendly. The aesthetician is very knowledgeable and friendly. The waiting room is clean and inviting.

Masseuse was a woman named Kayon. Some things she did very well like stretch my legs esp one which had limited mobility due to recent surgery, also liked that worked on my hands and feet specifically although had not mentioned those as problem areas. Could have used a bit more back of neck/shoulder work as that was mentioned as an arthritic area that needed it.
