I feel the pricing is kind of high - even with purchasing a package - the particular therapist I used was exceptional - like any personal service - most of the experience depends on the particular massage therapist - the girl I used was phenomenal! Wonderful hands and technique!

Everyone at this location is friendly, knowledgeable and professional: the owner is involved in booking our appointments so that our schedules can fit with theirs. Very much appreciated. Available parking is also a big plus.

I really like Lyla, the receptionist. She knows the services and products available and makes sure I'm comfortable and being attended to. My massage therapist, Kayon, is knowledgeable and a true healer! I've had four spinal surgeries and strongly recommend the deep tissue massage with Himalayan stones. It really helps with pain management and increases my mobility. It's a lovely way to spend an afternoon.

The massage therapist I have, Nicole, is the best therapist I have had. She takes the time to listen & cares. She makes a plan with me of what to work on that makes me more mobile & relaxed. I have very tight muscles, foot, neck & back issues & focuses on the areas that need the most attention while making sure my massage is balanced.

I have tried other massage retail outlets and find, by comparison, that Hand and Stone is highly professional. Their massage therapists’ retention rate is so much better that I am no longer disappointed that the person I use has left! Kudos!

This Hand and Stone is immaculate and the owner very knowledgeable and helpful. The ambiance is perfect and the staff offers suggestions routinely about promotions. I am extremely pleased with the promotions and regularly participate in them! A huge thank you for offering them.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Facial was well done and products were explained. Environment was comfortable.

From the minute I walk in, the atmosphere, & smell give me a relaxed good feeling. Everyone is always professional. The rooms are perfect for the relaxed tranquil feel I expect when I go for a massage or facial.
